Updated After Store Reply: 1) Yes! I agree we asked warm hot chocolate and I didn't complain about the warmness of hot cholate but taste 2) Piccolo was another order and we are sure we didn't say anything about making it for kids - so not sure why that was not in the right temp 3) We were in a hurry and couldn't pass the feedback directly there about Donuts I am not using any bad words here but honestly sharing my opinion (Check my other reviews - I have never written such a review for any food business) so this proves how bad it was. May be it was just one bad day - but I happened to witness it! All the best - correct the mistakes and do well! **** Stay away ! Worst food and coffee ☕️! Piccolo was cold (not even warm) / hot chocolate was unbearable - I haven’t seen anyone getting these 2 things terribly wrong ! Donuts 🍩 were hard and it was nothing like a donut - no idea how these guys are getting all these basic things wrong. No wonder they have bad review here and it’s true and I just witnessed it today Stay away !

Amazing location right on the entrance and natural lighting for that all the stars in the world. The food can sometimes be awesome and sometimes be a bit on the miss side. The coffee is over heated. The staff always say hello. Just need to be a bit more consistent on the good side with food and with the coffees.

Unfortunately, my experience at this café was quite disappointing. The customer service was poor—staff were unresponsive and unwelcoming. When I politely requested fresh cutlery for a muffin that clearly wasn’t fresh, the staff member gave me an uncomfortable look rather than addressing the concern in a good customer service attitude.

The outdoor seating area lacked cleanliness and charm. It was unhygienic, with cigarette butts scattered on the ground and dirty tables. While the coffee was acceptable, it was far from exceptional.

I eat out about 5 times per week. Mostly for breakfast n/brunch. This is up there with the best. A wide variety of incredibly fresh food. I hate ice in my drinks and I hate that people bring coffe before food. I keep forgetting to mention the see things, but these folks asked. They adked if I wanted ice. They brought me a fantastic juice. They adked if I wanted coffee now or with my food. They then brought me a brilliant vegetarian breakfast superbly cooked and presented.
