Sickeningly sweet red velvet cake and very artificial tasting cakes/sweet treats. even their almond croissant is artificial tasting. They're putting cheap nasty woolworths almond essence inside croissants. I also find I am charged $17 and will have wrong drink given to me on purpose if I order less than $20 this place seems to be very money driven for those of us who are from a diverse cultural background. I have ordered most times more than $20 and because i go with family they like have coffee out i tolerate places like this but if you ask me there are better coffee places. Anyways If you go back and ask for right drink and you like me you have to pay $2 more. I notice those who are not from a diverse cultural background still get good service and it shouldn't be that way. I mean even when get right drink it's fake anyway their hot chocolate advertised as being similar to Oliver Brown but it is not it's fake. No real chocolate or real flakes or real chocolate sauce on top. Just cheap and nasty. Won't be going back to this place. Even staff working there aren't genuine fake nice just all round fake. I don't like fake people fake things or fake service I thought I was imagining give benefit doubt but I feel sick later after eating or drinking from this place. No love here it's all business. Also they having issues understanding English and do not bring peoples coffees with sweet treats very inconsiderate don't even...

I really enjoy their iced dark chocolate and almost always come here to get it. But today, I placed an order and clearly mentioned multiple times that I wanted an iced dark chocolate. However, when I got to the car, I realized they had given me an iced dark mocha instead. I’m pregnant and can’t drink that! I didn’t have time to go back and exchange it, so it ended up...
Read moreCharged $20 for a melt and coffee. Melt had one slice of bread (not two), small amount of toppings... I also asked for no chips on the side, as I noticed afterwards because the writing was minor on the menu stating it comes with chips. I was still charged the same, which is fair enough as I noticed afterwards... However, a simple genuine offer of a replacement would have been polite/nice gesture...people by choice/ health considerations choose not to have chips. A blunt "same price" was said. I'm not one to write poor reviews, but today needed to be communicated and documented. Service and pricing is poor, as well as value for money. Would not be going back...
