Worst experience! I went here on Friday night with two friends and am still in shock at how poor everything was. Firstly, there were five staff on the floor. What was obviously a husband and wife owner team and then three young girls.. none of which spoke a lick of English, making it hard in customer service. They didn't understand any of our questions or requests and would just shrug and walk away when you spoke to them. We were seated next to a HUGE and very loud 30th birthday inside. I asked to move to the almost completely outdoor area so we could actually talk and that was received with an eye roll and told they were for bookings. We had booked but they didn't want to know that. Secondly, the female owner took our order, the obviously wasn't comfortable using the iPad system and took forever to take the order... which she managed to make a few mistakes with. Then the food started coming. Entrees and mains all came at once. Clearly pre-plated salads and dips that had been sitting there for a while. Two of the three drinks we ordered arrived after that... and 5 attempts to ask for the third drink later, it finally arrived. The food was cold and lacked flavour and 2 of the dishes were not what we had ordered. When we said that to one of the waitresses, she just smiled and walked away. Finally the male owner came out and fixed the issue.. with a rude comment about the woman who took the order incorrectly. There was no more service after that, no offer to order more drinks etc Finally, we were asked to leave because it was 10pm and there are apartments above. That was fine, except no one had bought us our bill as we had asked. We asked a few more times and finally it was bought out. The male owner took my card, slammed the terminal in front of me and just said 'pin' and then THREW my card back down in front of me.

Now I have worked in hospitality for 15 years, working in my family run restaurant and this is the WORST experience ever.

Also, not their fault, but there is zero parking in the area, we had to drive around for 25 minutes looking for a spot and ended up parked illegally as there were no other options. If you do decide to brave Cedrus, take an Uber.
