Absolutely no chance of me returning here. I ordered the chicken burger, my friend ordered the steak sandwich. It was a Korean spicy chicken burger, the sauce wasn’t remotely spicy, it was the sweetest, sugar riddled sauce I’ve tasted in my life. It was horrible and over powered the rest of the burger. Apparently it had grated Parmesan on it. Not even sure how a chef thinks aged Italian cheese works with Korean sauce that is super sweet, but they clearly don’t have a clue. It didn’t remotely compliment the fried chicken, which was under cooked! When I sent it back they brought a new burger that was drowning even more in that horrible sauce. My friends steak sandwich was no better. Chewy steak that was hard to break down. Not sure why a kitchen would use a cut that should be stewed but here we are, a first for everything I guess. Our large group had a bit of everything so there was no fomo here. The pick of the small plates included the Fried Heirloom Carrots which were vibrant and sweet in flavour. Zucchini Flowers are nicely crisp on the outside with a creamy filling. The Arancini was also very delicious.
My favourite dish was the Lamb Shoulder Ragu. Tender melt in the mouth pieces of lamb are combined with luscious pasta. Very flavoursome. The Mushroom Gnocchi had lots of mushrooms in a creamy sauce.
The variety of cocktails, wines, beer, cider, and spirits is excellent.
Service is on point and wonderful. Well worth...
Read moreTheir new spring menu brings fresh ingredients with various culture inspired dishes such as the Chicken bone broth with ramen noodles. Their soup is very light and nourishing, with chicken and pork sausage.
The turmeric and coconut barramundi is more heavier dish where I would recommend sharing with others and add Roasted broccoli cutlet on the side.
Finishing off with the naughty side, I was very impressed with the Spelt Ricotta Pancakes, with layers of pancakes the texture was fluffy and had a hint of cinnamon. It was like a cinnamon donut but pancakes. Definitely a must try ❤️
Overall incredible staff with smiles adds that extra cherry on top for experience and...
