Dishonest host, rude and ignorant. I was given two different prices for the same fried chicken that is off menu in two different time for a few weeks in between. When I asked if I could pay difference to get the companied noodle and soup, I was misled and offered a total different rice noodle soaked in a water full of MSG, YUCK! Your response is full of gross and pity wit that I'd never appreciate. I don't mind paying a few more dollars, but I do value a honest and consistent service that your restaurant definitely struggles to present. I would not come back, and I will tell all my friends and people I know it'd cost nothing to give your restaurant a miss.

You need to be clear about the following points,

At the time I placed my order, I told the tall male waiter about the price ($8) for a piece of crispy chicken given by your female waitress in glasses standing behind the counter before, and I asked the waiter to confirm it again. The waiter seemed he understood and took down what I said, though he never come back to me to advise the change of the price.

Over the counter for payment, I was told the crispy chicken noodle soup was $15 at counter by the female waitress who offered $8 for the crispy chicken only last time, and she denied what she did totally before and insisted on new price ($12) for he piece of chicken without advising me early when I placed order. Then I proposed to pay $3 more for takeaway noodle and soup, she did NOT specify the difference and did NOT correct me for the correct price for the companied noodle and soup.

This restaurant is just amazing !

The food here is above and beyond some of the absolute best Vietnamese food I have ever tasted. It is so fresh and delicious and flavourful and just incredible!

The pho dishes with noodles were heavenly! They broth is perfectly hot and warming. The noodles are deliciously soft and fluffy and the perfect texture. The vegetables and meats in the dish were cooked to perfection and so fresh.

The spring rolls were crispy and crunchy and fresh and so yummy. My companions really enjoyed their fresh and crispy chicken wings which were cooked to perfection.

The service here is friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable about their products and do their utmost to cater to your needs.

The seating is spacious and comfortable. The ambience is modern and minimalistic with a beautiful massive wall sized mural that transports you to the lakes of Vietnam. There is lots of greenery hung off the ceiling which make you feel like you're in the forest.

We called up on 26/09/22 in advance to make a reservation for a table outside as we will be bringing our dog. Upon arrival we were advised that our table had been taken by someone else and there were currently no other tables available. I asked them then how come your colleague said that booking is confirmed? To which the waitress didn’t answer, walked off and had us standing there looking like idiots for 30 minutes without any update or solution. We drove 45 minutes to get here as we heard great things about this restaurant but after this total waste of time experience we will never be coming back. Sorry gave you guys an opportunity for business but you lost it. Would give it no stars if I could.
