Chatime Hurstville Westfield — Restaurant in Sydney

Everytime I order a drink from here, it has been a disappointment. The milk tea is always watered down which results to absolutely no taste or flavour. Such a shame that I've paid $9 for a below average drink. Basically waste of money. It is also ridiculous with the long line up and the horrible customer service with no greetings. Please do not come here, go to somewhere else near by.

EDIT (6/11/22): I came back again but this time I stayed away from the milk tea. My sister insisted that their tea selections are better and she was right. I ordered the apple tea drink with lychee jelly and it was super refreshing. I got 30% sugar and less ice which has always been my go-to. Definitely better than previous...

Just ordered my small strawberry green tea, with apple pearls and grape jelly, only to realise after i walked away that they put tapioca balls in my drink, which i did NOT order and think they are disgusting, so this resulted in me throwing it out after the three sips i took, i couldnt not drink it without getting those filthy things in every sip. First and only time going to that franchise. Waste of waiting time and money. Today, I attempted to claim my birthday drink at the Hurstville location and was served by an employee named Lucia. However, she informed me that the barcode associated with my birthday promotion was not functioning and insinuated that I had already used the offer. Rather than offering a solution or attempting to resolve the issue, she directed me to contact Chatime's customer service team. I found this interaction to be extremely disappointing and indicative of poor customer service. As a result, I am hesitant to return to this particular store...
