We are regular customers and must say loyal but when you are refused a request that is no problem except for the principle of the "TIME "... Well.. I must explain that we are the avid specials of the "2:30 - 5pm specials" as it's not a big serving and just enough for an between size before Dinner... However my son who is 6'3 and still a growing appetite of a 16 year old... Normally orders 2 servings himself for this particular SPECIALS... We at this last time came in on abt 4:35 pm and ordered each person the servings but my son had not finish his time for the 2nd serving so as he finished it was well over 5pm. Like abt 5:10 pm as he did go to the bathroom just after his first serving.. When he came back he wanted his 2nd serving at 5:15 thinking we have already ordered and seated well before the time frame BUT WHEN WE GO TO ORDER.. WE WERE DECLINED DUE TO BEING PASS THE 5PM TIME LIMIT.. I WAS SO ANGRY AS WE ARE REGULAR CUSTOMERS BRING FAMILY AND FRIENDS ETC... BUT THE SHORT LADY OF BOY CUT HAIRSTYLE blatantly says no.... Wow I was so disappointed to their decline as it's not going out of their way it's just the cooking.. And we are already seated for nearly 1 hour... My disbelief of her IN FLEXIBILITY is beyond any business dealings... CAUSE OF HER INFELEXABLE NATURE AND BAD MANAGEMENT... WE ARE NOT SETTIG FOOT IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT EVER AGAIN.. after 10 years of loyalty.. No way will never go again.. Over This principle and must admit the other lady Manager/owner called Angela(With glasses) is a much nicer lady and shows great nature towards her customers.. Which on this time was not there at the time... Which is bad luck as she would be more willing and OBLIGING.. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND HAVE LOST A REGULAR HAUNT FOR MANY YEARS 😞😔🤔.... This lady does not have manners and very is hard looking and not friendly... As I always like to converse with the other lady Angela.. Going to take my business to the 10 other places that sell BBQ PRODUCTS IN CHATSWOOD...UNHAPPY CUSTOMER...

Worst service and attitude all brought about because their takeaway menu and pricing is difficult to understand.

This place offers 1/4 duck, rice and veggies for $13.00 or so dollars. I asked if I could get 1/2 a duck, rice and veggies (for one person). They proceeded to tell me that no option like that existed. They continued to explain in a foul and almost insulted manner that if I wanted I could get 1/2 a duck ($17.00) as a dish on its own and then add on rice ($6.00) and veggies ($8.00). I told them the food was for one person, me. I didn't need a whole container of rice or veggies.

I asked if I could buy their standard 1/4 duck, rice and veggies pack and add an extra quarter duck separately. This only made the attendants more frustrated and rude. One attendant went on to say she would charge me $12.00 for the additional quarter duck before laughing to herself and with the other attendant (chef/meat chopper). In the end, I walked out with the half a duck and just rice sold separately.

I'm a polite person and I can tell you that these two were not. Very rude, obnoxious. I will also mention that I waited in line and watched this chef/chopper with his mask off his nose, only covering his mouth. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this...

Terrible experience. Ordered a double mix bbq dish with bbq pork and chicken. The chicken was great but the bbq pork had a perfume taste/smell to it. Told them about it and they started being rude and defensive saying that the bbq pork tasted like that. She was extremely rude and kept saying that there was nothing wrong even though it definitely had a perfume taste as me and my friend thought the same. She starts talking behind our back to the other staff about how there was nothing wrong and that we "dont know how to eat bbq pork so we shouldn't eat it". Terrible customer service. Had bbq pork there many times and it never tasted like that. They thought I couldn't understand Cantonese and used it to talk behind our back. Don't go there. The customer service is non existent and I will never return. Completely terrible experience and would give 0 starts if possible. Go there if you prefer a taste of perfume in your bbq pork, its free as well with a side of rude staff. Complete joke and a shame to hong kong and china. Stay clear. Go across the road for a...
