CROSS X CHICKEN (HALAL FOOD) — Restaurant in Sydney

Bad experience here. Ordered food and paid $50 and then waited. 15 mins later I asked him for it to be a take away and he said what did you order. Reminded him of part of the order and he started cooking then. Asked him if we could make an alteration and he was insisting on it not being possible. He was trying to charge us $16 for one lamb skewer which is on the menu for $6. We asked for it to be in a kebab wrap which was why he charged us kebab price but we just asked for more skewer meat as by his account he'd be charging us $10 for salad and wrap. He wasn't understanding or cooperative and started to get hostile. When we asked for a refund he only offered us the $16 and this was when we realised he had forgotten our entire order. Had to show him the bank transaction in my phone for him to refund us. When we were leaving he swore to our turned backs. Not a good experience at all, was expecting a understanding response to our request but were met with an unreasonable and hostile man. Would not return after...

Horrible rude man at the counter, doesn't remember orders and charges each customer different prices. Made us wait 20 minutes, then we asked about our food and he had no idea what we even ordered. Then he charged $16 for 1 lamb skewer and bread even though skewers are only $6 a piece. He got angry and started shouting at me (I am a young female) when I asked why he was overcharging us and then he refused to give me a refund. He swore at me when I took photos of his shop to post a review and then started coming towards me as if he was going to fight me. I told him I was calling the police and he went back behind the counter. Angry aggressive man scamming tourists. Food didn't look fresh anyway and the shop had a bad smell. Would not recommend eating here at all. Please avoid this man's shop for your own safety...

It’s the second time that I ate at this restaurant and every time they asked me to come and take the food while they don’t asked other customers to come and pick they food. When i have told it to the guy his response was it’s because they are busy that’s why they asked me to come and take the food. (too busy so that they don’t have even a second…) the truth is they discriminate they customers and that’s not right. The second bad point is the chicken that they made for the burger is always cold ( and that’s the second time). I mean I can understand that the service is bad but at least the food should be good to have some tip of balance but not at all. Very disappointed. I don’t recommend and definitely will...
