Dear Coffee — Restaurant in Sydney

What a aweful experience. Overly priced , such slow service over 30 min for a sandwich & I Went home sick with severe stomach pains after my takeaway sandwich. I paid for my sandwich then was told 20 min later I was told there was no white bread so I was offered wholemeal, I dislike wholemeal but being pregnant & hungry I said yes , I only had half the sandwich then had an allergic reaction about 5-10min later to what I think was the bread, I was told it was wholemeal but it must of been was Rye or something with soy ( Both I'm highly allergic to) & the coffee was $6 or $6.50 for a almond latte!! Campos is the best coffee and they made my coffee great. I ordered toast with the coffee and the coffee came out and I waited and waited then my coffee started to go cold and still no toast. I could see they had forgotten to put it in the toaster and I asked for it and she admitted she just put it in. People, if you can’t get this simple thing right then please don’t try to run a business. I want my toast with the coffee, not the coffee as an entree and the toast as a main. The toast was not even toasted enough. Bad first impression. Sorry guys, last time...

This place is cosy, contemporary and very secluded, tucked away behind a small arcade. A hidden gem run by two very friendly guys who put effort and proper ingredients into their dishes. You won't be disappointed, especially with the beef brisket sandwich and the iced chocolate!
