The food taste was good, and I have no complaints about it. Importantly, I received positive feedback from most guests. However, I was disappointed with the servings. I wouldn't have raised this issue if they hadn't misrepresented and argued about it.

The maximum number of roast portions was provided with breast pieces. Two of my guests didn't come, and three of our family members didn't eat, yet the roast tray was empty, and many guests didn’t try roast. The staff member refused to refill, claiming they had already served one piece per guest. I also counted kids in the adults category as a range. Kids who can’t walk or talk I didn’t count them. This seems inaccurate because I know my health-conscious friends well, observed them taking food, and many declined additional roast pieces.

The beef rezala was also depleted surprisingly, even though many senior guests didn't try that dish. Additionally, two of my guests didn't attend, and, as previously mentioned, three of our family members didn't eat. The number of Coke bottles provided was insufficient, and they were served at room temperature. When I requested more, the staff member mentioned they had already served 7 bottles of 1.25 litres for 40 guests. However, based on the calculation, 7 bottles would total 8750 ml of Coke, averaging just 218 ml per person for 40 guests, despite many not attending.

One out of three air conditioners was broken, causing the hall on the second floor of the restaurant to become uncomfortably hot.

Would have given a 4 star but really disappointed with the service and the khichuri. Ordered the chicken soup and the tehari the waitress didnt double check the order and went away, given there were only 4 people in the restaurant and i was 1 so it wasnt busy at all! The food tastes really good esp the chicken soup and the tehari which are 10/10 but my sad luck i was served khichuri instead of the tehari cause the waitress did a mistake in the order🤦‍♂️. When i told the waitress i ordered tehari she replied me "no you are wrong ordered khichuri"; so me being a customer i was "lying" or i dont know what i want to eat?. Then she took the khichuri away to change it for a tehari and came back saying we dont have anymore tehari!!!! which was a big LIE cause they were serving tehari to the table next to me. Working in the hospitality industry for 5 years i was devastated and sad. But the kind owner came to ask for a review and tried to sort out things when i complained, but ended up doing nothing. The waitress did apologise but i was so disappointed with the taste of the khichuri and the lie and the whole service thing, i just wanted to get out of that place. DON’T GO HERE! It is soooo bad. Me and my family went there and when there were still two booths empty, while me and my dad were out walking — the owner himself humiliated my mum saying ‘You need to get out right now!’ Didn’t even allow my mum to pack the 3 bags we had. He got so close almost pushing his forehead against my mum’s and was quite threatening! It was humiliating and rude to know a owner could do such a thing with a customer. We’ve also been food poisoned multiple times by rotten meat and high salt. The customer service is even more terrible! A lady who’s short and curly hair actually threatened me to leave while I was eating and I am just a kid! And today when we complained about the food getting way too salty (my mum has high blood pressure from time-to-time) the owner tasted it and said ‘It’s not salty for me’. I always believe Food Is A Family people should give food to customers without even thinking! Besides, the more you share you care the more people will be attracted to you and your shop.
