I recently came across a deal on the Domino's app that seemed perfect for my kids, so I decided to visit the store to make a purchase. However, I was disappointed to find that the staff seemed unaware of the deal and were unable to assist me. After showing them the deal, I ordered a pizza, but unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst pizza I have ever had.
The pizza had burnt sides and was lacking in cheese, making it taste like burnt bread. Additionally, the toppings were not satisfactory, with only a few pieces of tomato added to one Margherita pizza and a few more to the other. I was left confused about whether Margherita pizza even includes tomatoes.
As a regular customer of Domino's, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the pizza I received. If a company offers a deal, it is essential that they maintain their standards and ensure that the pizza tastes just as good as it would without the deal.
I urge Domino's to improve the quality of their pizzas and train their staff better. The staff should be aware of the deals and promotions they offer so that customers can receive the benefits they are promised. As a suggestion, Domino's could offer a refund or replacement to customers who have had a bad experience. I would not recommend this particular Domino's location based on my experience. I hope this review will be taken seriously, and steps will be taken to ensure that such incidents are avoided...

They instead gave me a pizza with no bbq base sauce (just beef, onion, cheese and bread) and a melted less than full vanilla milkshake. I called them up and literally had to wait 10 minutes on hold for someone to pick up the phone who then “assured” me that there was bbq sauce in the pizza and it was a chocolate shake, even getting another employee on the phone saying they personally made the order and it had everything. They were very hostile and when they eventually said they’ll give me a replacement order, they kept insisting they know there’s bbq sauce but they’ll give me a replacement order anyways as long as I give the old order back, as if they were doing me some sort of courtesy. They then said it will take 25 minutes to deliver. Once I got the new pizza it genuinely tasted so bad it was hard to eat, which is actually quite hard to do considering it’s my favourite pizza. The redelivered chocolate shake was good though. All in all I had to wait almost an hour to properly eat after fasting all day. Safe to say I won’t be ordering from this Domino’s...

I have told the PEPSI I have paid for was missing, he said no worries, I will send you one in 5 mins. When I said the Pizzas will get cold by then, he said he will send me two bottles! One general question: do you see your customers as stupid freebie looking scumbags? I have paid $80 for a meal which was ruined by your unprofessional staff member, the whole meal was ruined and the response was worse than anything. I have received my PEPSI (1 bottle) at 6:17PM. Kids only had the half of the PIzza, my partner and me did not even touch as we were frustrated. You failed in servicing, in marketing, in customer service and in compensating.
