Absolutely terrible!! My mum rang the store several times to make an order last night...NO one picked up and when they did they reckon they couldn't hear her so they just hung up! She rang back straight after and they never picked up again! I then spent about 20 mins trying to order on the app and then went to pick my order up. After returning home with the pizzas I discovered that 3 out of 6 pizzas were completely wrong (obviously someone else's order). Very un happy!!!!!!!!! What is the point of ordering a specific pizza if they just give u what ever is there?? It's not Hard to read an order yeah? Terrible customer service, zero f##ks given, and they won't even answer the phone so u can complain about what happened!! Honestly the worst experience I've ever had..... can't speak or rate...

This is how their peppy paneer pizza looks like. You need a microscope to find some paneer in it. And when you complaint about it, the attitude of their people is from some another world. I said I cannot see any paneer in it. He said its under peri peri swirl that's why and we have crushed it so you cannot see it. He continued, I cut your pizza I saw enough pieces. And I am like i cannot see it under the swirl and you could see it while cutting..... How come. Does that even make sense? He didn't even said sorry and the behaviour was..OMG. He cut the call while I was still talking. I think if you cannot see the toppings that means they don't exist. On the top of that pizza has paneer in the name mate- The main ingredient. Worst experience ever of my life. Never gonna order again....
