Bought the 12 pack of hot donuts then watched as they gave the pack to someone who paid after me but hadn’t put more in to cook. Once they realised I was still waiting, I watched them take several of the display packs and take the cold donuts from them put that in my box with three or four hot ones. I questioned them on this and she then argued that they were all hot. I opened the box to touch the donut which was clearly cold and she still argued the point. After a back and forth in front of a line of waiting customers I asked for a refund until they finally agreed to make a fresh batch of hot donuts. Just like it’s advertised on the sign. Read moreOn the 30th of December in the middle of a pandemic no less, a young girl (sans coloured hair) served donuts to a customer that had been sitting on the coffee machine in a paper bag (for God knows how long). She proceeded to take them out of the bag and SORT THROUGH AND COUNT THEM WITH HER GLOVE LESS HANDS!!! After handing them to a customer in a new bag, she continued to serve customers, handling cash and smoothing over and flicking her hair multiple times with her hands.
Please know that if someone asks you for fresh donuts, you make them, it costs you nothing and no extra time. You should be fined for breaching multiple health codes....
