Donut King Top Ryde — Restaurant in Sydney

I ordered a caramel milkshake and it could have been way better. I ordered it via Uber Eats and the milkshake was probably sitting behind the counter for a fair amount of time because the Uber driver spent roughly 20 minutes going the opposite way away from Top Ryde area towards Gladesville area and then proceeded going the right way. I also got no apology from the Uber driver for being delayed. Disappointing service.

While the products are good, the customer service is not. The ladies have no idea what customer service is and seriously need training. They are quite rude. As I was waiting for my donuts, this poor old man didn't know if he should hold his tray of coffee and donuts or push his trolley. One of the staff should have used common sense and helped him to a table. How do you expect an old man who can't even walk properly, hold a tray and trolley and not spill coffee everywhere.
