ok finally had time to do a review but working next door this place is lucky they have staff returning back into the office or else this place should be shut down by now given the experience i had

went here with lunch with work colleagues, easy order pho via the app and it should come within 5 minutes, its Pho all viet resturants have the broth ready and its the one dish that most people order most of the time. Ordered the pho with beef balls with my colleague, took ages to come and when it came out, they forgot the beef balls. asked the lady and eventually they gave us a bowl with only 3 beef balls and thats to share between me and my colleague who ordered pho with beef balls?? we should have at least 3 beef balls in that dish. The size was a joke as well too but overall food and experience was meh.

Food was great. But they really have to improve the customer service. Ordering food for dine in was extremely difficult. At the beginning, I had to repeat 2 or 3 times what I wanted to eat. I finally ordered food and waiting inside, the lady who took the order asked me about what I ordered and what garnish wanted to add in.(I had told her already at the beginning)

When she was bringing the food, I politely told her she should pay more attention for taking the order from customers. But she just ignored and walked away.

I think just working culture is a bit different but at least people who taking order shouldn't do such thing.

Average… not many options other than variations of pho and chicken rice. For a place that specialises in it, I’d expect it to be better. Located in a fancy business precinct it seems aimed at a less traditional crowd. Food took a while to come out. I’d hate it if I was on my lunch break! Pho had all the usual side salad put on top already 🙅‍♂️ and a little on the pricey side at $18 for a regular. Spring rolls were decent tho came with 1 little slice of lettuce! How am I going to wrap and dip 3!? Water cups grubby, staff flustered and inefficient even though the shop was 1/4 full. Was going to complain but my kids were...
