Richies Cafe & Convenience — Restaurant in Sydney

I’m a local of the area and used to like going to Richies. Went to Richies the other week as usual to grab my bacon and egg roll with a coffee. They asked me if I want it toasted and I always say yes but this time they are now adding a ‘toasting surcharge’ of 60 cents, they never told me this until after I paid and saw the receipt.
