George's Pizza Castle Hill — Restaurant in Sydney

We had the most amazing experience here. Because it was a birthday we booked for a MONDAY night. You don't expect to get a lot of atmosphere in a pizza joint on a Monday night but WOW - we got it!

First of all the young man who served us - I've unfortunately forgotten his name - but he was absolutely WONDERFUL. He could not have possibly made us feel more welcome or special. He actually made the night, what could have been a solemn depressing Monday night birthday dinner was made to feel like it was a special occasion on a Friday night!

The food was great with excellent options too.

On top of that, our two boys were made to feel special getting to roll their own dough.

And as if that wasn't enough the same man at the end - realising it was a birthday - brought out a birthday brownie with a candle and had the whole restaurant sing happy birthday! I mean, how good is that??

I think there's a reason this restaurant has been around the hills area for 40 years or whatever it is, and we'll definitely be back to this place for future...

We have always liked George’s Pizza and have been ordering from the Norwest store being the closest store that we were aware of.

But when we found out that there is a new one that started in Castle Hill we decided to give it a try through our favourite “Sombrero” from there.

But it turned out to be a disaster! As you can see in the image, the top was burnt and since my order was a late & last minute one before closing, I just grabbed it & walked out of the store without checking the content.

Anyways we had to throw away the top burnt bits and then have it - which unfortunately ruined our experience! :( Don’t think we will be ordering from the CastleHill store again.

Looks like we will be sticking with the Norwest store since they have always been consistent ever since we have ordered from there on numerous...

First time coming to this restaurant. We came super early around 5pm and got a seat otherwise they were already fully booked by 6:30pm. I like how they accommodate for little kids with colouring and pizza dough for playing.

We ordered the seafood pasta and a large Bella Vista Pizza to share between my 2yo, myself and my sister. Good portion and very delicious. The pizza was a little on the salty side though after eating the second piece. I wished they added some lemon zest or rocket to balance out the saltiness. But still loved the Bella vista pizza though!
