Atmosphere - We were greeted well by the host and showed us our table. There was no introduction of who will assist us with our oder. It has a nice ambiance if you want to have a date night or have dinner with friends/family.

Food - To be fair we only ordered pizza, but I’ll give the pizza a rating of 2 stars. It wasn’t warm enough when it came out. We ordered a second batch of pizzas but it was the same. It felt like the pizza has been sitting on the their counter for a while before it was served to us.

Service - Two of the staff who served us doesnt know how to communicate with the customers. I understand if there’s some language barriers, but every time they would serve the hot pizza pan on the table they dont say “excuse me.” They also dont read the customer’s body language. My friend had to cover her face twice! Another thing was, the wait staff didnt even ask us if it was okay to get our plates on the table, she just dove in to grab the glasses without saying “excuse me” so she accidentally knocked over the glass of beer across table… to me… and got my dress wet. She then moved to my area, to grab the other glasses without empathy.

Also, if you go and use the toilet watch out of the service staff moving across the kitchen and assembly area as a wait staff will accidentally bump on you because they’re just always in a rush.

It’s a shame, I really liked the ambiance of the place but because of the bad experience I will never go back here and will not recommend this place. I hope their management would have a little care to do some service training and add more people on the floor on a busy...

Yesterday I went to this restaurant for a work office lunch with 15 other staff. My boss selected the $80 set menu EXCLUDING drinks and dessert. For $80 per head one expect a reasonable amount of food. Well let me tell you what an absolute disgrace.. My table of 8 were served two potato croquettes which were approximately 6 inches long and two smoked mozzarella brucestta for starters We were expected to position these between 8 people.the same deal for our second table of 8. We mentioned our dismay and shortly after another 2 croquettes were bought out, wow. Then a pasta dish was bought to the table 3 small plate portions one would expect one small plate between two people but no. For the main they bought out two plates of pork per table, and two pieces of fish, the measuring approx 4 inches long by 3 wide. We complained another 2 pieces were bought out. Seriously what an embarrassment for my bosses who were paying good money for nothing. I ordered a pizza which I will say was very nice, I shared with one of the other guys. Result was We all walked out hungry. I cannot understand how a restaurant could not be embarrassed by serving up that for $80 a head. Another Approx $80 a head was spent of...

Terrible customer service will not not be returning or recommending it to friends. The food is average and not authentic.

We were celebrating a birthday but the dismissive and racist behaviour of the waitress definitely ruined the atmosphere. We politely asked the waitress if we could order food multiple times to which her response was that she won’t place an order unless until everyone is done and it all goes in one go.

Overall all staff acted in a very unprofessional manner and in particular the waitress serving us continuously treated our table in a dismissive and impolite manner, unlike the table behind. They were also in a rush to take away our plates while we were still dinning, with no warning. It escalated to the point where I felt the need to hold onto the rim of my plate to show that I am in fact still going. Yet, I was posed with the question if I am still going. After the big rush to collect plates, the birthday cake was brought out by the staff without prior notice. That was a big surprise??

If you want to immerse yourself into an authentic Italian atmosphere and enjoy great food and service that’s not the place for you! Perhaps,...

First time visited this restaurant in North Sydney. Atmosphere was very nice and vibe, love the design of the restaurant for an open kitchen. However, a bit of dark inside; i got the table in the end corner where light is less, couldn't read menu. Ordered burrata with chickpea, grilled octopus, gambero pizza and Tagliatelle with Italian sausage and mushroom ragu. Service was good and quick. Burrata came very quickly. It was nice, creamy and cheesy. Followed by grilled octopus. Loved the char-grilled flavour and the sauce. However, I felt like it needs a bit of salt on octopus. Main dish came with Tagliatelle with Italian sausage and mushroom ragu. The pasta was thin and cooked to perfection, al dente. However, Italian sausage and mushroom ragu was a bit too salty. Gambero pizza was so so, not excited. It was too sour from tomato sauce as a base of pizza and too oily. My hand was so oily from olive oil put under the pizza, eventhough I can see a grease from a pizza tray when serving. Overall, it was ok. Good and friendly customer service.

I chose the set menu for Valentine’s Day(Feed Me) Overall, the meal was okay, but I absolutely loved the flatbread with romesco sauce and the rigatoni pasta with vodka spicy sauce. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. There was no communication from the staff, 2 different waiters brought the food without explaining what each dish was. At one point, I was eating my bread with romesco sauce when a waiter took away two empty plates and one that still had sauce on it, without even asking if I was finished (not even busy , we came at 5.30pm) For dessert, I chose the tiramisu, expecting something great since it’s an Italian restaurant. However, I was disappointed. There was no coffee flavor at all, and the ladyfingers weren’t properly soaked. The tiramisu was very dry and tasted mostly of chocolate and cream. I would definitely come back to try their takeaway pizza or bread, but I’m not sure if I’d dine in again
