UPDATE - After a week of back and fourth the restaurant has decided to compensate myself.

EDIT 2 : The owner now seems to think im writing fake reviews, as you can see im classed an an expert reviewer with google. check my profile. i am not creating fake profiles, and that can be verified with checking the actual accounts information.
Ordered with deliveroo, they forgot a dish - not normally an issue.
Restaurant was adamant we had received it. with full CCTV Coverage and recorded door bell i rung the restaurant for the 2nd time and offered to send them the footage where you can clearly see 2 dishes instead of 3 in the clear bag. - they hung up on me.
And the food we did receive tasted microwaved and very very terrible.
The order consisted of
1 x Long Soup ( thats the bowl in the image ) 1 x Salt n pepper Squid (thats the dish ontop of the bowl in picture) 1 x Satay Chicken - Missing.
I dont normally go this hard in reviews but to be called a liar, a thief and to be hung up on it got me so angry and upset i had to do this.

Read moreThey use their own driver rather than deliveroo/uber eats. I ordered 3 dishes. Somewhere between being in the resturant and coming to my front door a dish went missing; but rather than assisting me, the resturant employees instead insisted I couldn't count and that there were 3 dishes infront of me, not 2 like i was telling them, then proceeded to hang up on me. A customer service or basic human interaction course may be worth looking into for the front of house staff.
EDIT: partner has just shared the image, from a proper cctv camera... not in the hallway and not a phone camera, but before it even made it into the house HAHAHA. So maybe talk to the FOUR PEOPLE the order went thru before it got to me and find out where it went missing. Looks like you've got an issue with dishonest staff oh dear. And as you've said "its all speculation" hopefully you can check yourself before being so rude to paying customers both over the phone and as a reply via reviews. Ill also decline the offer of a free meal, ill just enjoy you eating humble pie. We were also both entitled to reviewing each as we both phoned you to try to discuss this at seperate times. :) I'd love an apology and a response on where it went...
Read moreFeb2023. Uber eats order - was fast. Had it hot in under 30 mins.. Portion size was good (did not order boiled rice or snack pack)
I ate what I could then threw it in the bin I’m sorry. Please understand I don’t usually complain but there’s a reason I didn’t know about this restaurant. (Next to pool shop on Dumersq st. Just up from chemists)
The Fried rice was soft and not so tasty. 2 bites.
I had 1.5 spring rolls as their inside texture was strange, it also wasn’t as crunchy.
The lettuce was mostly white and not green leafy and flexible, so inedible. But the actual mince was excessively aromatic and not appealing. Had 1.5 servings as I was overcome with trying to figure out why it smelled so bad, plus lettuce was inedible. (It doesn’t have option to share picture at this time)
I did finish most of the honey chicken, chicken to batter ratio wasn’t great. But it was edible.
The food was hot. The drink was perhaps shaken a little but it was cold.
I’ll stick to my regular Chinese shop and collect it myself in...
