Grill'd Bondi Junction — Restaurant in Sydney

Absolute rubbish customer service….again. We are fairly regular, this time we’ve had enough. 5pm sunday, Grilled is empty, the employees got our burgers and chips wrong, upon asking for the chips we ordered, they never came, 30 minutes later, again, we were the only ones in the restaurant! If they were busy we might understand. We also ordered 2 drinks and asked for them before (while) the burgers were being made, they never came, 5 minutes later, so we had to back and ask for them again! 🤷‍♂️ Total disregard for customers, saying “Hi” and then ignoring every other thing a customer says is not ‘service’. It feels like you have to apologise to the employees for getting them out of their own conversations and off their phones. Sound annoyed, you would be too if you had to put up with this nonsense as often as we have, no more, done. The fact there is not one response to all these bad reviews says enough about the owners, go elsewhere people, somewhere where your $ will be appreciated and you dont have to put up with entitled, disinterested brats angry you’re...

Grill'd have above average - quality burgers. Burgers generally larger - bit dearer but priced for value / quality. Only took 1 star off as sometimes they get carried away with the sauce and overtakes the burger. Sauce is there to bring out flavour of meat etc., not be the flavour. Otherwise is a definite regular choice when takeaway is on the menu in our home.

Staff - always found them pleasant to very friendly and patient.

Sliders are great if you want to have small burgers - good if you aren't worried about a kids pack for small ones in the family and gives you a bit of variety for those with a smaller portion request or small appetite. Standard chips are okay. Serve different drinks besides usual soft drinks, good cider - Somersby Aussie brand. Not bad place to have a burger and cider with friends after work at dinnertime and stay for a good chat. They also support local charities usually via giving patrons a choice of 3 charities nominated with their purchase. Recommend them as top of category for this...

Got here having been looking forward to a burger all day and thought I’d treat myself on my way home from work. Arrived to a long cue and one poor staff member struggling to take orders from new customers at the till, service the ready orders from the kitchen and clear the tables from customers who have finished. At least two staff to manage all that on a SATURDAY should have been rostered on. It’s not fair on your one staff member and it’s a poor experience for customers. The girl was lovely and I can’t fault her but two stars to management for not paying for adequate staff numbers.

The food was average, the burger bun was a bit dry and crumbly the burger left no last impression and was quite small in size for $28. The fries were crispy in a burnt and over done way, not in a light and tasty way.

Come here if you can’t go anywhere else, it’s only mildly better than the Maccas...
