I love when good peeps put their heads and dosh together and try to learn from the pros, and make something old into something new. First and foremost, you can eat acceptably well here. So, as a stand alone kebab shop, it's average, in a good way. Certainly, the felafel are quite ok. It's ok that they keep them frozen, to fry fresh. Their size makes that exercise take about as long as a Djokovic takes to take a 1st round set, but im in no rush. The salads are ok, though unconventional and oily. The presentation of the pre cooked chicken bits (no guys, cook them to order...call them 2-minute fresh) and salads needs a lot of work. As a fast food chain attempt, it's pretty underwhelming. The packaging and auto terminal are fine. But there's a great deal missing in MacDonald-land cleanliness and not viewing the kitchen. Screening is key, exposed pipes and boxes also need screening and the floor needs a new life. The service is ok, but a uniform of some sort needs to replace the range of $2 shop clothing on display...we may not like 14 year old kids serving us, but if you want to play in chain-land, you need clean faces smiling at you. None of this is tricky to fix. And the food is good enough...but leaps into fast food territory need to be full of faith...full sized presentation, typical team members presented as such, and don't let the punters see the inner workings.

Me, my boyfriend and our friends went here to get mrbeast burger and we were expecting it to be very good, due to the hype. It wasn't great. I got the beast style fries, which I wanted from watching a YouTube video tier list of it. It was saturated in sauce like SO MUCH. Also recommend without seasoning because it kinda ruins the whole fries. I paid about $10 for the fries. My boyfriend and his brother got the mrbeast style burger, I did enjoy that, but the meat was not fully cooked. It was a bit pink in the middle but that was all. I was able to try some and I didn't mind it but it was not worth the $20 you have to spend for the burger. It was good tho

Visited with my son for the MrBeast Burger. Ordered and paid online for 6pm pick up. Arrive at 6pm but they haven't received the order. No idea why. So have to wait for it to be prepared. Wait another 20mins. The burger was dry and overcooked, and somehow the fries were still lukewarm. Total disappointment, but at least I could have a conversation with my young son about the dangers of falling for marketing! Side note - the staff member was nice, and kept her composure despite clearly being overworked so kudos to her.

Very disappointed with the quality of the food , I used to order online via Menulog on the past paying almost double the price plus delivery however the food was great.

I started going to your shop as I noticed the price difference and also because it is close home .

The staff members are ALWAYS WONDERFUL and that’s the reason you are getting the stars otherwise I wouldn’t get you even one .

I ordered the mixed snack pack this is the third time ordering it in store and this is also the last time I buy one , first time I said ok maybe they didn’t have enough food left and gave ups the scraps , second time I ordered I didn’t care much because we ordered something else as well so we had the kebabs instead however I was glad this time I said maybe just get one and see and once again for the THIRD time all we got was tiny little pieces of meat scraps not joking little burnt meat pieces again, fries were ok however how do you justify $20 for that ?

Unfortunately for some reason Google doesn’t give me the option to post a photo I have a couple to show how bad the actually food was .

Very...

I visited Spitz Kebab & Grill without many expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised. The first thing I noticed was how clean and well-organized everything was, from the open kitchen to the dining area. It’s clear that they take hygiene seriously, which is always a great sign.

I ordered the lamb kebab, and honestly, it was one of the best I’ve had. The meat was flavorful, juicy, and well-seasoned without being greasy. The bread was fresh, and the crisp vegetables added a nice balance. I also tried the spiced fries, which were perfectly golden and had just the right amount of seasoning.

The service was excellent, and I’d like to highlight Juliet, who was incredibly kind and attentive. She patiently explained the menu, gave great recommendations, and made sure we had a wonderful experience.

I’ll definitely be coming back. Great food, a clean space, and outstanding service—highly...
