I am utterly disappointed and disgusted in the service I have received on January 3rd 2024. This young white lady with blonde hair and pimples displayed a highly poor level of customer service, as the attitude she gave was bad and substandard. Following her poor attitude and manner she began to burst into laughter when I was putting my straw in the drink. Her level of experience further adds to this terrible customer service, as the drink i had received had no flavour, so you guys should definitely consider between firing or retraining...

Ordered large Premium Pearl milk tea, 1/2 ice and 30% sugar. There was only 1 customer already waited for her drink. Its took over 5mins for 2 staff to made my drink.
