Actually tragic. I wouldn't wish this lack of care upon even my worst enemy. When reading this review at ANY point you think "it couldn't have been that bad..." i insist you look at the photos then read on 😭😭

Please enjoy my honest and easily digestible (unlike the tacos) review of why the Bondi Junction Gyg store should be (and probably will be) the last place you think about eating at .

Preface: this review would be more substantial if i had more to write about... and i mean that literally. My tacos where empty.

there was no filling - it was so ingredientless i could see straight through one end to the other

• all 3 tacos were like this stale. really realllllyyyy stale shell expensive - not sure what i payed $18 for and finally to the whisper of meat, lettuce, cheese and tomato that made it into my taco i wonder how long u were left and forgotten about at the back of the prep fridge just to brought out much later because someone wasn't bother to document wastage.

Just for reference this is what the Tacos at Bondi beach look like... Fresh, overflowing with ingredients and perfectly spicy. Junction take notes.

and yes before anyone asks, i did end up eating the soggy despaired filled crescents... purely out of spite. Twas so hangry it would've been hazardous for all on the road if i drove back to the store...

Me and my colleagues are regulars at this branch and as much as we enjoy the food from here, the service is not up to its standards. We always make online orders and are unable to check all the food in the store. For an instance, I ordered a fish burrito and received beef instead. For someone with dietary requirements this is something that one would not wish upon. Other examples would be missing ingredients such as guacamole which you pay extra money for.

This usually happens during lunch time on week days. I understand it’s a busy period and as a business you are trying to provide the fastest service possible however your customers are paying for something they sometimes don’t receive.

We do not wish for a refund, just asking for a better management and more...

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, don’t bother ordering through your app if you want efficient seamless experience. I’ve ordered via the app about 5 times and every time they claim it’s ready 5 minutes earlier than it is so if you have a 30 minute break forget about getting Guzman half of it is spent standing in the cramped space.

Today was the final straw, lying about your app system playing up when about 4 other people picked up their app orders was enough to make me finally write a review on the poor experiences I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with here.
