Healthy Ocean Food — Restaurant in Sydney

I have been here multiple times (2/3) and always order chicken wings in the front window. Which I’m not sure why I continually do it to myself but the batter is always over done (too much batter) causing some bits to be undercooked. Tonight I ordered fish scallops and chips which I regret. The chips were crinkles from coles and literal at a handful with no salt and the actual fish behind all the batter were the size of my pinky finger, if that. Sadly there hasn’t been a time I’ve identified the shop DONT need to clean/change their oil instead of salvaging where they can - it’s filthy. I train and don’t always eat oily food so I thought to treat myself origin night and am left feeling disgustingly sick! Nice workers, always happy but simply will never...

I absolutely LOVE this place! It's your friendly neighbourhood takeaway shop. The owners are very hardworking lovely people and always have a smile on their faces. They started remembering my usual order after only a couple of time I went in, which is such a nice treat in this big corporations world! Support your local businesses :)

The food is simple, but absolutely delicious!! Which is what we all love anyway. You can find a wide range of options, from surf to turf, but all super flavourful and freshly cooked.

The prices are on the lower end, I honestly think they deserve more for the beautiful food and service they provide.

Today's my first time to Ashfield and was looking for some simple lunch place. We worked for a project nearby, so getting hungry by lunch time. The price shocked me, $9, two choices. This is usually at least $15 in most of the suburbs. The quality is even better than what I thought. The uncle was working in a transparent kitchen which you can look through. He was doing stir fry in a medium sized wok, similar to my home's one. The dishes are not too much of choices but a just all right! Tasted great "Woo!" and so similar to our home...
