Have our lunch there on 9/4, Wednesday. A little gem hidden in a small building complex, and a bit difficult to find or see their shop from outside streets (and the address is NOT 6 Henry Street as shown on the Google device, it’s actually 92-112 Henry Street!). It’s opposite to Quilting Queen (see photos), or close to Club Lime (103-109 Henry Street) and parking will be easy if you can find their exact location when you get there. But the food is delicious, the store is spacious, and clean. The portion size is just standard, not generous nor mean, and you can opt for more noodles or meat at extra fees. They do have quite a lot of delivery orders while I was there. But the servicing staff at the counter lacks communication skills because it’s hard to hear what he said (he just mumbles) and always seems like a dull voice and without any expression 😶 😐. Another service related issue is that you will need to pay cash, which is highlighted by the owner at the counter. But you can overlook the staff’s communication style and the cash payment system while you just enjoy the food there. Give it a go if you haven’t...
Read moreLovely friendly service, limited but specialised menu- every item is a speciality of the house the Pho there is very nice although it is not as scrumptious or as generous as Me Oi in Strathfield. Current 2022 news is that they buy their rice noodles FRESH DAILY from Cabramatta AND their meat FRESH DAILY as well so when they run out they close because nothing local frozen or otherwise comes close so it’s not worth pretending!!! Inside the restaurant that seats are reasonably comfortable and it is air conditioned or if you wish you can go outside and eat at the aluminium tables and bleachers out the back. The ingredients were fresh and clean, the chicken was not ratty or fatty or full of gristle and the taste was the best we have tasted so far in the Penrith area!!! Definitely not worth the drive to Strathfield when you can get such a good meal here!! The spring rolls are just beautiful! CASH ONLY And the prices are very reasonable $33 for two Pho soups and 6 spring rolls!! Healthy great value...
Read moreIf you’re craving authentic Vietnamese pho, look no further. This place is the real deal — rich, flavourful broth that tastes like it’s been simmered for hours, tender meat, fresh herbs, and perfectly cooked noodles. The portion sizes are generous, and the prices are super reasonable (around $16 for a hearty bowl that leaves you full and satisfied).
It’s a family-owned business, and you can truly feel the love and care in every dish. The owners are absolutely lovely — warm, welcoming, and always happy to have a chat or recommend something off the menu. You’re not just getting amazing food here, you’re getting a genuine experience.
You can tell this place takes pride in tradition — the flavours are deep, clean, and comforting, just like a bowl of pho you’d get in Vietnam. Every bite feels like a warm hug.
Highly recommend for anyone who loves authentic, high-quality Vietnamese food at great prices. I’ll...
