Noodle Inn Asian Fusion — Restaurant in Sydney

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely appalling service. I ordered $130 worth of food, went in to collect it and Raju Khanal said a man collected it. I showed an email of my order confirmation, my card transaction and my licence. I asked did you hand the food to me. He responded 'No, we are trusting, we just gave it to him. Raju couldn't pronounce my name, so the part someone walked in and said my name was beyond me. Then Raju refused to provide me with my order or a refund, nor did he apologise. His error becoming my expense, why? Had a grin on his face. It gets better, Raju then stated he called the police but had to leave a voice message! Seriously. The best part was he informed me I will get a refund when the police can catch the person that Raju handed the food to in error. $130 for NOTHING! If you're in need of a free fed walk in when Raju is on shift, he likes support the community on other people's hard...

Had a really sickly sweet laksa 12 months ago...it was bad so thought not to to go back. Was on ubereats and thought they're a Thai style noodle place so pad ke mao (chilli/basil noodle dish) should be good - was DISGUSTING. There was NO BASIL or CHILLI in the dish. It tasted off like grass. Then I found a whole string of green peppercorns - which then made sense....they've used the same ingredients they would use in a jungle curry?!. The entire dish tasted of rancid grass - ala green peppercorns... just give this place a miss. 10 years ago I had a chow mein and it was alright, but it was different owners back then. We have been visiting Noodle Inn for over 5 years and have tasted nearly everything on the menu and never been disappointed. The food has always been of a very high quality, freshly made in front of you and priced very reasonably for Randwick. The staff especially chef Vincent is always friendly and obliging. The Laksa, chilli-basil stir fry and Tom-yum soups are some of our favourites as is it is with the health staff at Royal Randwick hospital. Noodle Inn supported the community after Covid restrictions were lifted, with take-away options, one of the few restaurants to start up. Thank you...
