Hungry Jack's Burgers Moore Park — Restaurant in Sydney

Ive been here multiple times on drives to the city and usually they do a decent job of getting the food right, which is the bare minimum of expectations. though they take their sweet time despite being fast food. With the plentiful amount of workers they have cramped back in their kitchen area i dont understand how everything still takes forever to make. There has been occasions where my coffee was held up for 10 minutes with no proper explanation. However, todays visit takes the cake.

Came here just today to get a whopper with only cheese, meat, and sauce, and was given a burger telling me to bug off with my special requests (a normal whopper). So after being absolutely enchanted by this sight, i had tried the burger anyways, because i wasnt too bothered to get it fixed. Then as soon as it touched my hands i could feel the ice cold touch from the burger. I practically had frostbite trying to hold it in my hands. I had returned to the counter to ask them for another burger with my special requests, but for some particular reason there seems to be a trait among hungry jacks employees where if a customer is standing right in front of the counter you are highly encouraged to bludge and ignore them for a few minutes before attending to them. Anyways, after i managed to get a hold of someone, I informed them of my problem and reminded them of my request for the whopper to have meat, cheese, and sauce only.

After a while they gave me the burger, and to nobody’s surprise, it was still wrong. The burger may as well have been the same burger i gave back to them except reheated in the microwave for 30 seconds. They had managed to upset and fail me not once, but twice in a single visit, and i was practically over it from there. Dealing with these lousy excuses of customer service workers to get what i asked for would be more troublesome than dealing with what i had received.

Very disappointing and I can see I am not the only one, tried to order in advance but the app would allow until I got within a certain distance, because of this limation our order wasn't ready for pick up upon our arrival and had to wait for some time, when our order number was on the dash board as being " ready " it was not there and when I asked a staff he justed rudely suggested the numbers will be called out, after a while our order number disappeared which I had to check with someone as to what was going on. When we finally got our order they apologized for not having the bottled apple juice included in the Kids meal and if we wanted another juice instead, which we said yes, which they gave us those cheap orange juice in the post mix instead, the drinks also were not put in cup holders. As I got to the car I suspected they might have left out the toy that is supposed to come with the meal and I was right, all the above would been forgiveable if the food was ok, it is supposed to be fast food after all, but the food was luke warm, onion rings were onion bits, soggy chips, the burger looking nothing like the picture ( where is the tomatoes and lettuces ) definitely will not be going back...

This rating is on my experience tonight. Ordered 2 Rebel Whoppers to arrive home and find that 1 of the burgers had the incorrect patty in it. Incredibly annoying as we ordered the Rebel Whopper for a reason! (the mash veggie patty doesn't taste good). Frustrated that the people making these burgers didn't say anything and just decided to knowingly serve the incorrect burger.

Edit: My partner and I were so incredibly surprised with the prompt and high level of customer service from Hungry Jack's. Within 24hrs of our feedback emailed to them, the Manager contacted us via phone and apologized and provided us with an offer. When we went back into the store to redeem, the Manager apologized again, and not only her, but the entire staff as well which we didn't expect and was such a nice customer service experience. Massive kudos to them on handling our feedback. Customer service is so important! And of course the food they re-did for us was delicious with a lot of effort put into it which was greatly...
