We visited on a Friday night with our toddler and baby. The food was fine but the service was terrible. While waiting for the menus, we began feeding our toddler. One of the waiters approached us, pointed to my handbag and said we were not allowed to change nappies on the table for health reasons. We thought that was a rather strange comment! I certainly was not going to change my kids nappies in the middle of a restaurant on their dining table!! So i told the waiter the bag is a handbag and not a nappy bag - in case he had mistaken it for a nappy bag! Then the owner/manager (who was also the pizza chef) started barking out at us from the kitchen area. He told me to remove my handbag from the table. My handbag was apparently a health and safety hazard since it could fall off the table and/or contaminate the food! At this point we were tempted to leave the restaurant. Read moreLast Saturday, on arrival, we were greeted cordially and were directed to take a table of our choice. After about 10 mins, the server came over and took our order. The main meals were brought out and when asked about our starter, the server apologised as he had forgotten about it and it hadn't been prepared. He said he would get to it asap. I had a chicken parmigiana and chips The chicken was lukewarm, the eggplant was not cooked properly and I got french fries instead of chips (chips are much chunkier than french fries). Also, when asked about our pizza order, the server apologised again saying he had forgotten about that as well! He rectified that but we had got pretty much through the other meals by the time is was provided. Overall, not the best experience which was unfortunate as we have previously dined there had had a much better...
Read moreNot overall impressed with the Chicken and Prawn 13" pizza. Let's be honest the prawns were frozen beforehand, I also thought pizza's were round to be 13" Moving forward on a serious note...came the Greek salad...$12.... you've gotta be delusional if you even think for a second that is worth twelve dollars...ingredients were all at the bottom first of all you wombats..after having to dig down through the lettuce came the old tomatoes which is a dead give away of freshness standards, which instantly let's me know the olive is going to be disappointing....which it was. the salad went straight into the rubbish where it belongs for 3 points...$50 dollars spent on Italian. No Thanks but won't return as I don't like...
