KFC Castle Towers Level 1 — Restaurant in Sydney

Today I made a KFC order online and made the selection to pick up from the Castle towers outlet .

It was by far the worst KFC outlet I have been to due to following issues :

1. the gentlemen at the counter was not sure my order was in. He clearly had no idea and had to rely on the manager to identify my order from their system

2. after I got my order I noticed something was wrong coz it looked lot less . Then I wanted the gentleman at the counter to double check . He had missed half of my order and then he added the missing items (is what I thought ) and said he had been really busy (not really my problem)

3. when I came home I noticed he had missed two dipping sources .

4. the order I made had 8 regular chicken pieces and what I got was 8 regular pieces but had only two regular size pieces and the rest were very small

I’m a big fan of KFC coz I love their style of chicken . Castle towers outlet completely failed it for me . Baulkham hills outlet is much better than this one . I will never by kfc again from castle towers outlet .

I am sorry, I usually only write positive reviews but they really are in the wrong business. They don’t get the concept of fast food. I made the mistake of ordering a few times and every time the order takes 20-30 mins. You don’t get that kind of wait time in a restaurant. Usually you only make a mistake once, but I thought it may be an occasional issue. It happens every single time. I don’t understand what they are doing but they really need to figure out where the “fast food” concept is failing them. Service is also really bad. After waiting 20 mins for an order I asked where it’s at and I was given another 15 mins. I said ok I can’t wait this long, I asked for a refund. The manager said ok, I have to process it in the back and she left. She didn’t tell me I don’t have to wait. I waited another 10 mins, asked what is going on and I was told she doesn’t have time to process it now, it will be done later. No communication whatsoever. All I can say is wow! Good luck with...

I was at castle towers KFC in the food, I order a small meal with coleslaw, the young man passed the food to me and didn’t include a small spoon, so I asked him can I have a spoon please. He was already turned around and speaking to another staff. So repeated myself again, he still didn’t heard me and continue to talk to his colleague. I asked for the third time. A senior female staff member, turned to the young men talking and said :” Guys, can you give a spoon to this lady please. She has asked you three times, the young men quickly pass ‘two’ set of spoon to me.”

It is very nice to see the senior staff teaching their young staff about serving customer.

If I am the parents of the young men, I would really thank this senior staff on discipline young adult kids.

Food is all good. I am not angry with the spoon thing, I just feel good to see how our young generation learn from senior staff. ( Before being replaced by...
