The Reject Shop — Local services in Sydney

There are 2 stores for this brand in the Castle Towers Shopping Centre. Both quite large.

The products do not seem to move much. the same basic items are in the shelves from just about the first time I ever stepped in these 2 shops.

The only items that seem to be moving often are the "seasonal" items, such as Christmas, Halloween, etc...

Staff are courteous, especially at the registers. I keep coming back to this place to see if any new "one off" special items appear.

The store is clean, although the shelves are a bit too close together, specially on the ground floor one. But not "claustrophobic"

Usually I get helped by the manager with red hair who always gives me the time of day. However, I visited the store this Monday morning to do my Halloween shopping, and when I was looking for assistance the lady with black hair was too busy gossiping and on her phone with the young girl at the front counter. I decided to just continue my shopping without their assistance. The young lady at the counter was very lovely when checking out.

I’m not one to write reviews but after shopping here for so many years this was not my best experience at the store, hope their customer service gets better when Dollarama...

I am gonna give 10 stars to Emma. She went above and beyond to help me with gift boxes I needed of same colour and same size. Other employees just didn’t help and put off requested to come on next day. Very appreciative of Emma for helping even when she was too busy with Easter stock. Her customer service was best as compared to staff of Reject shop windsor, Richmond, Parramatta , Merrylands. I visited all these stores for boxes in 2 days .
