Great little busy community bakery run by Jenny and her husband who are both very friendly and nothing is too much effort for them. The prices are reasonable, the food is delicious and fresh and you feel like a welcomed guest because they remember your name and what you like. They open early and close late, everything is made fresh on the premises and their coffee is to die for. They have a few outdoor seats if you want to eat there and there is plenty of parking outside. It is also disabled friendly. This store is nothing fancy on the outside but is a culinary delight inside with a mixture of Aussie and Vietnamese foods including rolls, sandwiches, burgers and much more. Lexington Place Bakery is my go to place when I'm hungry. I collect milk bottle lids as they make prosthetic limbs out of them and Jenny is happy to save them for me.

Mouth on fire! 🔥 Bread still warm from the oven at 8am. Lovely flavours in the roast pork roll. Not overly sauced. I take it all back about Maroubra and too much mayo! Really yummy. A tiny outlet run by one friendly lady. Probably not a very high turnover in a leafy back street oddly dominated by a string of little fitness gyms. The cold pork banh mi also great. Not sure where the heat is coming from because no visible chilli but they are among the hottest I’ve had. A shade too much mayo in this one. Pate there but not huge amount. Raw onion. Lettuce. Modest amounts of everything. Very very good!

Nothing beats a buttery and flaky old-school croissant ($3) from a Vietnamese bakery. Ours were fresh and still a little warm - took me right back to my childhood. Their banh mi (pork or BBQ chicken both $7.5) were a bit dry though, needed more pate and mayo. Bread is very crispy.

One of the most pleasurable fine dining endeavors I have ever had the privilege to experience. The combination of delectable pastries from sweet to savory accompanied by the rich satiating sensations of freshly roasted coffee of the Ethiopian Mountains, this partnered with the beyond warm/welcoming demeanor of the owner Jenny reminded me of some of my fondest memories with my grandmother before her she succumbed to a 16-year long bout with syphilis. All of these factors alongside the beautiful scenery in the heart of Sydney's most sought after suburb, made traveling to this establishment an adventure I will never...
