From the moment I stepped foot into Mama Tang Cabramatta, I knew I was in for a treat. It was my first visit, thankyou to a glowing recommendation from my amazing partner, who has frequented the place before and raved about it. Intrigued, I decided to order the Ah Gong Dry Noodle, with the liberty to customize my noodles, protein, and veggies.
The experience exceeded all my expectations.
Every mouthful of the Ah Gong Dry Noodle was a burst of delectable flavors that left me thoroughly impressed. The dish had a delightful hint of sweetness that perfectly suited my palate.
I also tried the Fried Grandma Springrolls. The crispy and flavorful goodness of these springrolls harmoniously balanced with the Ah Gong Dry Noodle.
Intrigued by my partner's choice, I sampled the Spicy Mama as well. The soup base was a revelation, brimming with rich, authentic flavors. Unlike other Sichuan Malatang experiences I've had, this one was just right, striking the perfect balance of taste without being too salty or excessively spicy.
Beyond the exceptional cuisine, the staff at Mama Tang Cabramatta were wonderfuly friendly and welcoming. They were warm and delightful as the food they serve. They truly care about your experience.
All in all, Mama Tang Cabramatta has undoubtedly claimed its spot as one of the finest Malatang restaurants in Sydney. Now, I couldn't stop talking about it to my friends and family. I've had a memorable birthday with my partner and Mama Tang made it more special. So if you are a foodie like me who frequently travels to Asian countries, do yourself a favor, go to Cabramatta and try this restaurant! Mama Tang has left the best...

If you guys don’t like spicy so Mama’s Braised Beef is a perfect choice for you. For some people prefer sweet and savory so definitely Grandma’s Vegetables is your soup broth. The last soup is only for those people who likes sour and is called Sour Nana. In the corner is where we get chopsticks, spoons, napkins, plastic cups, and most importantly is sauces.
