Heard of this place from several friends as well as my boss saying he loves their fried chicken. Out in a Sunday morning to Cabramatta for dim sim but too bad it’s closed for renovation. Missus and I had another lunch before we drop by since the queue is never ending long. We never need to wait for long for table of 2, since majority of the rest were families of more than 4. I got surprised of how little of dishes they got in the menu... flipped for 5 pages and that’s it. Thought of having the traditional beef noodles soup but apparently all they famous for is the crispy chicken. Well guess if it’s good than it don’t need to have so many dishes but one is enough. Share a bowl of rice noodles with crispy chicken with missus just to try out. Indeed their chicken is good. Crunchy and crispy but too bad the proton is quite small. Places is busy and packed. Food came out fast. Good for fast food. One thing which annoys me is that they put the bucket of dishwater for table wiping just side by side with the clean drinking glasses. The safe and hygiene knowledge is certainly something...

Read moreWhat can I say, this is unequivocally THE BEST restaurant in Australia if you want to eat Vietnamese Crispy Skin Chicken and it is a must visit if you’re in Cabramatta.
The chicken is mind-blowingly good. The skin is extremely crispy and the chicken is juicy and delicious. Personally if I dine in I choose to grab the egg noodles with the chicken, and if I’m taking out I’ll go for the tomato rice as it tends to keep better on the trip home.
I’d recommend grabbing a Vietnamese iced coffee to go with your meal if you like coffee too.
The only concern with this place now is the price which has risen quite a bit (but I think they know they can get away with it because the chicken is so good). I think it costs $19 for a serve of crispy skin chicken with whatever carbs you choose to go for. It was $16 only a year or two ago. A bit of a shame, but don’t let it stop you from...
