I have been here a few times and this review is for a recent visit. This has been one of my Cabramatta go to places for pho. Tips and highlights: This place is super efficient when it comes to placing your orders and getting the food out soonest possible. The staff are there to quickly take your order verbally. This place can get quite packed during peak meal times If you have trolleys or large bags, I highly recommend leaving it at the front of the shop as seating arrangements can be a little cozy. They have CCTVs around the shop. There is complementary tea for each table. My go to order is the rare beef pho. The recent visit tasted saltier than before. Nevertheless, it was still ok. The texture of the noodles was lovely. Love the vietnamese mint in the pho. It is possible to swop the type of noodles if rice noodles is not your choice of noodles. They accept both cash or card. Payment is at the counter in side of the shop Staff are ok. They can speak English, Vietnamese, Mandarin and Cantonese
All in all, it is generally a good placd to check out pho. Hopefully, they balance out...
Read moreIf you like plenty of meats in your Pho Special Beef Noodles this is the place. Can be busy at times but worth the wait. Most places will skimp.. 1 piece of this 2 pieces of that but I can honestly say that this is the only place I've had traditional Vietnamese Pho with this amount of meat. My large serve of Pho with fresh rice noodles is cho-co block full of beef tendons, beef meat balls, tripe, thinly sliced raw beef and cold cut beef. Served with blanched bean sprouts, fresh basil, Asian mint leaves. A companied by piping hot fragrant beefy broth to cook those thinly sliced raw beef. Not only do you get heaps of meat but the serve is bigger than most places serving the same dish and reasonably priced at that. Large special Pho $22, small $20 There's lots of different Vietnamese noodle soup dishes here that I have yet to try. But only about 3 rice dishes. Highly recommended for Pho lovers. This place definitely be...
Read moreCame here for lunch with a couple of friends last week. Ordered the large pho dac biet @ $22 each. I don’t know about this place… I’ve been to virtually all the pho restaurants in Cabramatta and I don’t think this place would even be in the top 5. The broth was not boiling hot. They cooked the bean sprouts without giving the customer the option of not cooking it. Between the 3 of us, the Vietnamese basil provided was a total of 3 leafs each. The beef was chewy. Maybe they had an off day with the beef and broth so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt, but please do not automatically assume to cook the bean sprouts and please do not be cheap about the Vietnamese basil, you’re charging $22 per bowl which is in the top end of charge for large pho dac biet in Cabramatta, you could provide...
