Known for its diverse menu and high-quality ingredients, this restaurant offers a great selection of dishes that cater to both traditional and modern tastes. Whether you’re visiting for a casual meal or a special occasion, Barlack provides a memorable dining experience.

One of the standout features of Barlack is its menu, which includes a variety of Asian-inspired dishes made with fresh ingredients and bold flavors. The grilled meats are perfectly cooked, tender, and full of smoky goodness, while the seafood dishes are fresh and well-seasoned. I felt like Singapore style chilli crab. Upon arrival, tablecloth still had food on it. It was so muggy as only 'one aircon working'. We asked for wine glasses and was given cups. We asked again and was given 1 wine glass. Ordered 2 x 1kg mudcrab. No bowls for shells provided. There was no language barrier, just no common sense.

Plates and bowls were overfilling. After noone checking in for way too long, my husband asked the asian waiter (with the contacts) for some new plates to which he hastily replied "thats what i'm doing!!!". He then aggressively threw the plates on for each guest - Shocking service and attitude. We were SO close to getting up and leaving. Atleast have decent food to make up for it...

Singapore style chilli crab was so sweet and no flavour, Seafood fried rice extremely bland (needs salt or soy sauce) and had little to no seafood in it, beans bland, fried silver perch was decent but for $120, they are kidding themselves. Egg yolk prawns were dry.

Oysters were good and mudcrab with vermicelli good. When I say good I mean on par with other restaurants. $520 down and everyone left with a poor experience and empty pockets. The lady there was the only one that was friendly and professional. My parents got married here and let me tell you, it will be the last we come here again. What a waste of our time, calories...

If you’re a fan of seafood, 𝗕𝗔𝗥𝗟𝗨𝗖𝗞 𝗦𝗘𝗔𝗙𝗢𝗢𝗗 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗨𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗧 is a must-visit. I’ve tried many places, but the 𝑳𝑶𝑩𝑺𝑻𝑬𝑹 here is absolutely top-notch—easily among the best I’ve ever had. The 𝑪𝑹𝑨𝑩𝑺? Incredibly delicious, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. And don’t even get me started on the 𝑶𝒀𝑺𝑻𝑬𝑹𝑺—paired with their signature sauce, they’re finger-licking good.

The pricing is very reasonable considering the quality and portion sizes. You truly get value for your money. The atmosphere is lively and perfect for family dinners, outings with friends, or even a special night with your loved one.

One thing to note: if you’re planning to go on a weekend, 𝒅𝒆𝒇𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒆𝒍𝒚 book a table in advance. The place gets packed, and for good reason. 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 can be a bit of a hassle on weekends, but I haven’t been during the weekdays so can’t comment on that.

As for the service—while the hospitality could be a little more attentive, it’s understandable given how busy the place gets. At times, staff may forget an earlier request or miss a table, but it’s not due to lack of care—just the sheer volume of customers.

Overall, 𝗕𝗔𝗥𝗟𝗨𝗖𝗞 𝗦𝗘𝗔𝗙𝗢𝗢𝗗 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗨𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗧 is a gem for seafood enthusiasts.

Despite the minor inconveniences, the food more than makes up for it.

An institution in Cabramatta which has been around for quite a while. The food here was excellent and the variety was immense quite hard to choose what to eat. I started with the maw and crab meat soup. The Vinegar provided added that extra tang at the end. The seafood rolls are a must here for any first timers. Delicious with that white creamy sauce they provide. I really likes the live prawns steam but they were expensive on the day about 158/kg. Singapore Chilli crab was about 118/kg on the day. The crab was great they even had female crab for the roe. I found the sauce to be less thick but preferred it that way. They serve with some awesome Vietnamese bread rolls warmed up which was a game changer. The abalone stir fry alright and helped provide some variety to the meal. Parking is free in the multi story after 6pm otherwise good luck finding parking. One thing that wasn't great was that another table had a big group which included about 8 kids who ran around the restaurant. I then udnerstood why there was a sign on the wall saying to look after your own kids. Took a while for the staff to tell the parents to calm their kids.
