Worse experience from any McDonald’s I’ve been to! Ordered via the app. When I got there just before 9am. The girl told me they don’t open til 9.30! The app should have told me this #1. When I came back at 9.20, there was already customers in line and one was being served. I lined up. The customers were angry. The staff member went around the back and started chatting amongst themselves and not serving. One customer actually walked off pissed. When I finally got my order, she slammed the drinks on the counter. Not hard, but not placing. I went to ask for a tray and the rude server walked away. When she came back I asked again and she just looked at me when I asked for a tray again. She then got me a tray and put it on the counter. She didn’t even put the drinks in. She was extremely rude. When I got to the car. My order was wrong. I ordered an English breakfast tea and got an earl grey. I ordered hotcakes and didn’t get any butter, maple syrup or cutlery!!! I couldn’t be bothered walking back. I wait 40mins for this food and it was frikken wrong AND cold!!! The girl didn’t even have her uniform on. She was wearing a hoodie! So unprofessional and rude. Will NEVER go back to this place and I made a complaint...
Read moreOn 10/3/18 9.00am i came across the most rude person who is the manager with fake blond hair.. arab in appearance. She looked like she just awoke from a miserable place. I was shocked that whilst she poured my drink being a small o.j she spills it then doesnt even top it up as it should have been. I said to this rude person can u pls now top up my drink as it should have been. She then grabs the drink aggresivelly passed it to me then walks of saying "ohh pls".. i then asked her to wipe then spillage of the cup as i didnt wanto hold sticky orange juice but the rude thing ignored me. I will never buy from this store again if i see this person with a sour rude face who i also heard speaking down to her staff.. she needs training in manners.. As an ex McDonalds worker from the old concord store i cant beleive that they now dont train their staff to be polite and well mannered towards their peers and especially customers... disgusted and if i could give no stars i would.. because i was also served a luke warm coffee and the hashbrown was cold....shame on you..shame on McDonalds for not doing anything.. after reading other reviews im not supprised and confirms my terrible experience with this thing...
Read moreI don't make a habit of having McDonald's breakfast. Served by Moa. Not the most energetic person and certainly shouldn't be working if she hasn't got a polite disposition at least. No breakfast menus were up and I was left wondering what time of the day it was. It was 8am. The way she spoke to her staff member to bring the board down was rude. No how are you today and no morning cheer I have had at other McDonald's over the years. I watched her serve other customers in the same boring mundane manner. If your staff want to be tired and still in bed they should perhaps get a job in the sloth exhibit at a zoo. I will never return to this place. This would have to be the worst experience I have ever had at McDonald's in all my years. For a shift manager I was disgusted and I felt sorry for the staff that have to work alongside this person. Imagine how nicer that place would be with happier vibes and a few smiles at least. You need a manager with a can do attitude not someone who woke up on the wrong side of the bed.
