My breakfast-time paradise place
If you are a breakfast lover, Moulin Café is your go-to place. A real gem, right in the heart of Sydney Innerwest.
Their famous croissant offers a divine experience with every bite, particularly their pistachio croissant, which is filled with the finest pistachio crush rich in indulgent flavour.
In addition, their freshly baked Portuguese tarts take you directly to the romantic streets of Lisbon.
If you are more a savoury breakfast type of person, their menu includes a variety of excellent savoury opinions too. Their eggs Benedict are a triumph of taste, as well as their range of crepes topped with the finest ingredients, and their delicious sausage roll is the best a had in Sydney.
Last but not least, their coffee. So good that it deserves its own moment. Their expresso is one of the best I have ever tried, hard to find anything as good in the world. And, being Italian for me coffee is a priority!
Finally, the staff and the owner are amazing really taking care of their customers, making Moulin Café the perfect place for a wonderful breakfast.

Read moreBest pastries and coffee in Sydney is this guy on drugs?? has clearly never been to papas pastries before. i have tried they're beef burger and my friend tried the Portuguese chicken burger the total was $30 they claim to be french but attempt to cook a Portuguese chicken burger. WHAT A DISASTER not only was it so overpriced i almost choked but the burger was shameful they had meat the size of a 50 cent coin and approximately 5 chips. The chicken burger was in no way Portuguese it was dry and a little raw. never been so disgusted in my life. don't even know how they call this a cafe its an abomination. croissants are claimed to be made fresh by the owners but i don't see any thing in they're kitchen but re heating ovens truly a case of false advertisement. Oh and the coffee is never filled all the way and tastes like warm milk. but never fear because you could always ask to add another shot for the price of another coffee.. If only there was a half star rating don't feel they even...
Read moreDONT GO! Since we stepped foot in, I thought it wasn’t going to be a great place, but we drove 30 min just for this cafe, so well advertised on socials… it’s nothing near what’s on socials!
Nobody greeted us at the door, after waiting 5 mins we asked if we could sit down. Waited long to order, waited 20 mins for our drinks and another 10 for the food. All this whilst people where coming in and out for take aways and the place inside was not busy at all. Loads of staff all busy doing I don’t know what.
Food is nothing special, ingredients really cheap and presentation not a thing. Knives were dirty with GLUE, I had to get up and get replacement from another table. The bottles of water were really dirty inside, glasses were yellow..
They claim to be French but nothing there is French and very pricey too. Definitely not...
