Great Experience at Mr. Cha Bankstown!

I had a lovely visit to Mr. Cha in Bankstown recently. The customer service was top-notch – the staff were super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

I tried the mango sago milk tea and absolutely loved it! The portion was just right, and the flavor was spot on – perfectly balanced and refreshing. Definitely one of the best I've had in a while.

The only downside was that the meal portions felt a bit small for the price, which was slightly disappointing. That said, the quality of the food and the overall vibe of the place still made it worth the visit.

Would definitely come back for the drinks and...

This shop has replaced the tea shop there before, I ordered my favourite without realising its a different company. If the drinks were good it really would make no difference, omg tasteless, not sweet and very watery. This is not as good or close to my old drink. I will be exploring the other tea shops around the corner, I would not recommend this shop. They even use all the old fixtures from the previous shop so u don’t think it’s a new shop and u order as if nothing has changed but trust me the quality...
