This is my to go place for pho, but on one occasion I heard the male boss speak Vietnamese and degraded his employee for a ordering the wrong dish. He continually screamed at the elderly female employee saying things like this mix up is your hourly wage, I'm losing money, why are you so dumb, I can hire cheap uni students anywhere, you are just an employee. He then pulled out come coins and notes slammed it on the table and dismissed her on the spot.

As a person who has eaten here for many years, the pho is good, but the treatment of staff is something that I will never come back to support this place. It's very truly disappointing. I was completely shocked at how he treated staff he hired. Would never come back to this venue and I don't recommend it to anyone. Just go Pho Me in Bankstown or Pho An of Gia hoi who have nice flavours of pho and...

Ive tried most of Banktowns Pho and this in my humble opinion is the best. Even beats the cult classic pho an. The brother is incredibly deep and herbal. I love the ox tail in the pho dac biet and is well accompanied with the sugar cane juice which is also unbelievably good. I honestly did not expect this place to be any good at first glance but now that ive tried this place, its my new go to. Ive converted, this place is like a religion to me, i have to go at least once a week. Keep doing what you’re doing....

I am loyal to Pho An for their Southern style intensely spiced broth. BUT, walked past this and it smelled SOOO good so had to follow my nose.

It tastes as good as it smells!! The broth is very clear and although it's Northern style light broth so only lightly spiced, the clarity is wonderful and has a thin enough layer of fat not to feel greasy but thick enough to add delicious flavour.

They also offer an oxtail option which you don't often see...

The Pho at this restaurant is easily the BEST in Bankstown. The broth is absolutely delicious, authentically southern style. Decent portions, reasonable prices. Pho here is much much much better than Pho An. I was pleasantly surprised by how good it tasted. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place if you want an authentic and delicious bowl of Pho. Addit: the name of the restaurant has been changed to “Pho Cafe”.
