we went to restaurant every weekend for our lunch， dine in service was excellent， but other lady work at counter was terrible……… when we finished lunch going to pay at counter ，i am order half duck to take away and ask for an extra sauce，she said this duck doesn't with any sauce. than i tell her i am order before it always come with suace…… after that， she said ，because i was happy before but i am not happy today and i am busy ，so i am not giving to you！ i am understanding that if shallot oil cost extra money but it is the right way how she treat customer？ ？ i am pretty sure she is not owner，if she is owner ，dose she treat her guest like this way？ good luck MR Chao！！ i think your staff look after your business very well！ and i have to apologize to the lady， i shouldn't come to restaurant when you were unhappy...

One of many Chinese BBQ places in Hurstville. I decided to pick up a roast duck ($31) and a bag of duck wings ($2).

The duck was fresh and a few minutes in the air fryer when I got home got the skin mighty crispy. Not having tried any of the shops in Hurstville, I picked Mr Chao because it just happened to be the busiest when I was walking past.

Tip : Ask them to chop up in big pieces instead of small bite size pieces - it makes reheating in an air fryer or oven much more effective without drying...
