First and very worst experience:- 1 sep around 3 pm bought some veggies and Bag of potato, onions and box of tomato, very small place can’t even move properly and ask them how can i pay staff member told me you can leave here ( outside) go inside and pay i did the same. ((If you have sound detection camera you can listen i mentioned everything )). because i have baby in pram i went from back side to get that trolly after may be 5 minutes i went there again to buy other items which i forget before. When i walked almost 50 Meter staff members was running to get me😳 i was so shocked she told me i didn’t pay, i showed her my bills she told me you didn’t pay for tomato’s….girls it was just $9…her words and actions was clearly saying i intentionally did that, if i have that intention why should i go there again to buy more stuff ?? Why you didn’t ask me when i was there in second time?? I requested her, can i please pay online because i had baby in pram and trolly but she said no you can’t… while we were going i was still trying to tell her that was not my intention 🤐 she didn’t even wants to talk to me…. Very worst costumer service can’t confirm what the costumers are buying and paying. Better to check and confirm the sold items before the checkout then running after costumers and blaming them. A genuine suggestion. Please work on costumer service. Train your staff and make them costumer friendly. Try to make the shop look a bit tidy. We visit this shop because its near me and they occasionally have good veggies. But other than that i think of a reason not to go this place.
