They make it right! 👌 Mr Shawarma in Greenacre is an absolute gem! If you're looking for amazing, delicious, and authentic shawarma and Arabian food, this is the place to go. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly service and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The quality of the produce is top-notch, and you can really taste the freshness in every bite. The shawarma was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection, bursting with flavors that transported me straight to the Middle East. The variety of Arabian dishes on the menu is impressive, each one prepared with great care and authenticity. What really stood out to me was not just the incredible food, but also the speedy service. Even with a steady stream of customers, the staff were efficient and attentive, ensuring that everyone was served promptly without compromising on quality. Whether you're a shawarma aficionado or new to Arabian cuisine, Mr Shawarma will not disappoint. It’s a must-visit spot for anyone craving high-quality, flavorful food served with a smile. I can’t wait to come back and try more dishes from their fantastic menu! There would’ve been more photos that sounds like too big families and we were so hungry. Everything disappeared really quickly. 🚀🎉

This was my first time trying Lebanese food — and wow, what an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and made me feel right at home, even though it was my first time exploring this type of cuisine. The food was absolutely delicious! Every dish was full of flavor, beautifully presented, and made with care. You can really tell they use fresh ingredients and traditional recipes. The plating was stunning — colourful, vibrant, and very inviting. We ordered a variety of dishes to share, and each one had its own unique taste and texture. The hummus was creamy and rich, the grilled meats were perfectly seasoned and juicy, and the fresh salads added a refreshing balance to the meal. Even the bread was warm and fluffy — just perfect! I truly enjoyed the entire dining experience. Whether you’re familiar with Lebanese cuisine or completely new to it like I was, I highly recommend giving this place a try. You won’t be disappointed. Great food, great service, and great vibes — I’ll definitely be coming back again soon! 🫶🏻♥️

We had a chilled Long Weekend lunch at Mr. Shawarma. The large, industrially decked out Greenacre restaurant gives you a good view of the rotating meat action from your table as you wait for your shawarma mixed plate ($25). The marinated lamb is the plate’s star, dragged through your choice of hommos, baba ghanouj or garlic dip, and then wrapped up in soft Lebanese bread with a few chicken salt-dusted chips, it’s a tasty mouthful. The mixed Arabic plate ($27) does the wrapping and saucing for you, with tidy little lamb and chicken parcels. Which you should choose depends only on how lazy you feel, and whether you prefer your bread soft and pliable or lightly toasted. Mocktails here are well-presented but hectic! Paris ($13) should appeal to anyone who loves strawberries. With a handful of cashews, bananas and strawberry segments thrown in around a ball of strawberry sorbet, it’s more dessert than drink. Don’t fret the nuts - the salty little protein hits grew on me over the course of drinking it.

Just had an extremely poor experience at this place. This happened around 8-8:30 PM today. I went with my husband and we ordered 2 shawarmas. The person who took the order was a woman. After a while another waiter bought just 1 shawarma and my husband told him that we ordered two. The waiter just nodded and went off. We thought that they were making another one and waited for 10 minutes. We called the waiter again and told him we ordered another one he said he’ll check and went away. We told him to get tissues and he said okay. He stood near the counter the entire time chatting with the woman who took our order and ignored our request for tissues. Then the woman came to our table and started arguing with my husband that we had ordered only 1 shawarma and she repeated the order which wasn’t true. I had clearly told her 2 shawarmas. Instead of accepting her mistake she insisted that we only ordered 1. She neither corrected it nor offered to take another order. The whole incident seemed very racist to us because of the way she was speaking with an arrogant tone and how another waiter just ignored our request to bring tissues. It’s not even like the place was busy. Clear incompetence and extremely rude behaviour. Will never...
