Doesn’t accept cash? Why ? Was there on Sunday she ruined the whole order simply because my daughter changed her meal one time apparently we made it too confusing for her!! even though you would think that it’s normal to change your meal ??? but apparently that was so confusing for her 🤦🏼‍♀️ even though I told her at the end many times it’s a meal she even seen me asking my daughter what drink she wanted and yet my daughter ended up only with a burger while we got our meals lol and then oh get up and pay again after all the other food was already out and she already started eating it’s a shame that’s the service you have and it’s a new place now I understand why all Nandos have shut down you guys keep hiring people that are just unprofessional don’t listen and don’t do there jobs properly you guys don’t do Nandos justice you just destroy it’s reputation like this years ago Nandos was the top place to go to and now it’s just below average . If anyone does read my review please do not support this place as they only accept card it’s places like this that are trying to get cash removed from the world we shouldn’t be supporting a business that isn’t giving cash payment as an option and don’t worry I will never come there because of service and because of payment...

I went to Nandos merrylands first time today after waiting for them to open. What a disappointment. Food tasted good eventually but had to be returned as it was cold. The chips probably no more than 5 of them in the bowl were freezing. Apparently that's the regular chips yep on a few in a bowl. No salt no flavour at all. Returned the chips to get hot fresh ones and hopefully a few more and they returned hot. I asked for salt or seasoning and she had to take them back again just for bloody salt and again forgot they were there. We went to the counter to ask for them and she said we have to pay. OMG we did and just wanted salt. Asked for the haloumi sticks again such a terrible service person said oh yes that's right. Again only warm because they sitting under the bloody warmer. Asked for a straw but apparently that's for the alcoholic drinks only. Like what the hell. Would I return probably no because the staff don't know what they are doing...

They serve you 100% SALTED chips, hard RUBBERY Chicken with an awful customer service. Their chicken is good for mouth exercises. You can keep on chewing for hours and hours but nothing happens to the chicken inside your mouth. It looks like they grill the raw chicken. Once the colour changed outside, they apply a drop of marinade and serve to customers. You can happily try extra extra hot chicken, as you taste only raw chicken. I tried 3 times, my friends tried 2 times and same experience. Customer service is pathetic too. This restaurant is only good for a bottomless drink if you love soft drinks. I urge you not to go near by this restaurant to save your money. Also, employees don’t have any interest in serving any customers.
