We ordered a cake for a very special occasion and they missed it because of Diwali.

The owner gave excuse and said they can refund, or take another cake which was not same flavour leave the design. He offered the cut pieces of cake instead of full one. Alternately he said can home deliver on midnight when cake has to be cut in afternoon. so rude

Worst experience and when I asked how can you satisfy customers, he said u don't need to come as well in front of all customers. I said see the service you are offing in front of your customers. Was a loyal customer and drove 30 km to collect my cake but very disappointed with the customer service.

They say customer service is best known when the customer is in trouble and this shop does not care for customers.

I strongly recommend 'Sweetland' on same street which came to my rescue and did a beautiful cake

If you are looking for sweets and savouries..there are better options with better customer services in Harris Park than this shop

A very bad customer service!! They gave cake in such a way that box can't be closed, coz of which you can see cream getting stuck on top and also it would be really difficult to carry if going via public transport We ordered mango flavour cake, but got strawberry one, we had clearly mentioned design, flavour everything for the gender reveal cake, if it was not possible they could have informed rather then changing without prior notice The staff when we went to pick up was totally clueless which was our cake, no names written on box, since there was only one gender reveal cake, staff handled over that. And also it was pre order cake, they have a very rude n unprofessional customer service. Just coz having an advantage of providing eggless cake in the locality, doesn't mean provide pathetic service, which will eventually lead in losing customer in future The cake was just...

A family friend suggested NOT to go there as their cakes are extremely sweet and not up to the mark. Despite this, we went ahead and ordered a custom design cake for my daughter's birthday party. At the shop, we talked about the sweet level and specifically requested not to make it too sweet. The lady at the counter wrote "Less Sweet" in the order memo. However, when the cake arrived, first thing we noticed was poor finishing - the design was not correctly shaped. And when we ate the cake, it was nothing but a big block of sugar - extremely sweet and almost inedible. NO ONE LIKED the cake. Even the kids didn't want to eat it. The cake had almost half an inch thick outer layer of sugar coating. I know the outer layer is required to hold the cake in shape - but half an inch coating???? Very bad experience - will never go there again for a custom...
