Oliver Brown — Restaurant in Sydney

Organised chaos. The staff here are very rude and arrogant. I placed my order and asked for one of the hot chocalates in a take away cup and the worker rolled her eyes at me. I spoke to her in Korean (her language too) and she could not understand me. Both hot chocolates came in a take away cup. The milk hot choc with okay, but the dark hot choc tasted like piss. I took the dark hot choc back and explained how horrible it tasted, the worker had the courage to argue back with me (even after being nice to her), i told her to make it again and put extra choc in because there was no choc taste, she then had the nerve to tell me i would need to pay extra. At this point i was annoyed and told her to make it again. Hot choc came out tasted worse. Pissed off i left there and will never return again.

I had been buying hot chocs here since day 1 they opened up (i work in the centre), the boys who used to work there knew what they where doing. The girls now working there run it like flemington markets. Noisy as hell, smashing plates and cups making all the noise in the world, no respect...

We had a very bad experience. We ordered two hot milk chocolates. They came tasting milk not chocolate. We asked them to fix it. They were arguing that they used the same recipe then they asked how much we sipped from our cups as if we are trying to steal them by asking for two more cups. When they saw that we just took a sip from each cup, they took the cups and returned them without the foam with too much chocolate in them. We took one if the cups which was the worst and asked them for a refund and we will return the cup which we did not drink. They were not willing to listen and interrupting us when we told them that we are customers of Oliver Brown and we know very well how this cup should taste as we ordered it many times before but from other branches. The manger was not willing to help and not caring about satisfying her customers and the most important is that she refused to offer a fixed drink or refund. Finally she asked for our contact details and mentioned a higher manager will get in contact with us which never...

The third time I come to this particular oliverbrown in the last 2months. First time had a terrible experience of the tables being so dirty and staff not cleaning it even after being asked twice. Second time I had to wait over 20mins for a mocha then I got told that someone else took my order even though I was seated right near the pick up section and they didn’t called out my order. Staff were extremely rude. Third time and last time was yesterday. I asked for an iced mocha and the waiter looked at me blankly. I repeated my order and was met with silence again. They didn’t even put it through their system. I’m not sure if there was a language barrier. I said it a third time and another staff member helped them but then I was given a mocha milk shake instead of an iced mocha.

Definitely do not recommend. I’ve been here in the past but I’m sure they are under new management as this is no where near the standard of service I have received in...
