Oporto - Earlwood — Restaurant in Sydney

The 2 or so times I've been to this Oporto’s the staff have been a little stand-off-ish and understaffed for the amount of orders they had on the screen. Food takes a long time and every time I'm there they run out of something, last time it was quarter chicken leg piece at 1 pm on Thursday... However once you get the food it is hot and yum!

Last time I visited this store I had a $5 discount from Oportos for signing up to their membership program. I had the email with me showing this, however the staff at the counter had no idea what to do and said I need a barcode or they cannot give me the discount (the email doesn't have any barcodes).Eventually I figured out this barcode is in the app that I needed to download. Terrible! Oporto is one of our favourite places to eat. The Earlwood branch is just terrible. The bondi wrap was dry and had barely any sauce in it. I’ve asked for extra sauce every time and it’s still so dry. The wrap was not even wrapped properly either. The worst wrap I have ever had. This is not the first time their burgers and wrap were so dry. But I thought I would give it a few chances. The chips were not filled up like they usually are and there wasn’t much chips with my meal at all. The service there isn’t great either. I suggest you go to another branch of Oporto if you want good food. Manager really needs to ensure that the quality and service is up to standard. Food was cold, tasted stale and chips were soggy. We were missing our 2 chocolate mousse and the chips were cold and soggy. Very unacceptable. The chicken tenders were fried up , overcooked , burnt and dry. The vegan burger meal had virtually no avocado or tomato and was cold and soggy. The double bondi burger was soggy and cold.
