rude staff or so called "manager" ( Muskan)
Invoice details CHK 5559 Trans : 10779 24 November 2023 time 19:26
On a Black Friday day; we order a meal for our kid and myself . And drinks (water 2 bottle and Pepsi). At 19:27 PM. After 20 min when I ask for my order, they said they can’t server .as per Muskan words “because management shut down our fryers” . So, she offerd a return money . Muskan only offered to refund for the meal not for the drinks. She said we closed at 7:00 PM then why they took my order? Did I force them to take my order? NO. they willingly take it. Does their store have closed bord? NO does they tell me we are close? NO , if they said so, I will go somewhere else. Without any apologetic approach she rudely take out money and deduct money for drinks without my approval and hand me over cash with attitude like, " This is you have accept because I am manger, you don’t have choice".
When we ask for drinks money. Instead of accepting their mistake she be imminent us for calling security. it not about money it more about her bad customer service and bossy attitude towards customers?
Cloud you please answer this ?
Why should we pay for the drinks just because you failed to serve food? It your choice to server drink before you able to server any order? Yes we open drinks.. as we understand after paying we can have it with our food. Is this our mistake ?
Why manager Muskan ask her so call friend to involved in this as she is not part of the Oporto team member?
Why she threatens us to call security on us because Oporto failed to deliver our order and we asking for our right full return. Could you please explain why we have to put up with her rudely attitude? are we begging for the free food ? we are only ask for the return because your store take order and failed to server due to the their management issue what was our fault ?
FYI We did not try to sneak away with any drink, we give back open drinks because some managers will think we try to get free drinks. We are not interested in any free food or drinks. We were only ask her to do right thing by customers.
Feedback for the Muskan “A BAD ATTITUDE IS LIKE FLAT TIRE , YOU CAN’T GO ANYWHERE WITHOUT CHANGING IT “

My dining experience at Oportos could only be desribed as one in a realm of culinary excellence. I was presented a meal of unparalleled innovation and uncompromising artistry, woven by the delicate hands of a higher class of worker, a chief above all others.
The service of such delicacy was an ethereal dance between opulence and minimalism. It was the perfect canvas upon which the expertise of a star could shine and paint their masterpiece. Fortunatly this artistry had been crafted by Alex. He had weilded said brush like a maestro, perfect service and articulation. Guiding my order whilst simultaniously making a portal to a realm where imagination dances with profound emotion. The emotional resonance embedded within Alex's work is palpable, inviting spectators to delve into the intricate labyrinth of feelings, thoughts, and dreams. Alex's influence reverberates through me as a source of inspiration still to this day.

Read moreI recently visited Oporto and had the pleasure of being served by Lucas Burnicle, who truly made my experience outstanding. From the moment I walked in, Lucas greeted me with a friendly smile and was extremely knowledgeable about the menu. His recommendations were spot on, and he ensured that my meal was exactly what I wanted. Throughout my visit, Lucas remained attentive and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.
The food itself, as always, was delicious—flame-grilled chicken with the signature chili sauce is a must-try! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was exceptional, thanks to Lucas. I highly recommend this Oporto location not just for the food but for the top-notch customer service provided by Lucas.
I will definitely be coming again and I hope Lucas Burnicle gets a pay rise for his...
