Oricco — Restaurant in Sydney

This place is fantastic. The food is always delicious, and fresh with generous serves and the service is spot on. On Sunday last week, the day before my return to work I decided to make my life easy and get chicken, chips, salad, sauce and drink delivered. The delivery driver did not give me half of the order and did not answer. When I called Oricco, the woman there promptly came up with a solution for me to order a cheap item through another delivery service and they'd see it and send me the rest of the order. Not only did they give me the missing salad, sauce and drink but also included another chicken and more chips so a complete order again. This experience put a dampener on our Valentines evening. My gf and I wanted a night in and ordered Orrico's half-chicken and Mixed Platter. Delivery ETA of 40mins so we fired up a film. We later check the gf's phone and notice a DELIVERED notice yet no missed calls from the rider (he was coming on a bicycle) and no sign of our meal. UberEats App naturally was difficult to navigate to find a solution (let alone a contact number). Orrico staff said food was dispatched and to take it up with UberEats. At time of order the restaurant was open. At time of no-show Google said restaurant CLOSED. To Oricco's credit they still picked up the phone when we rang to enquire. Food is good, but the shop and public seating area is VERY dirty. When your feet slide on the floor when you're seated there is something wrong. The floor has a layer of grime and the front of the counter under where the salads are kept is covered in grime. We also wiped the table with a disinfection wipe and the wipe was black afterwards. I used to come here when his parents ran it and it was spotless. The son now runs it with a crew of teenagers and young adults. They need a lesson in cleaning. I am almost tempted to call the health department. If it is this grimey out in the public area, what does the actual kitchen look like?
