I ordered the same order I made on door dash 1 week ago. However when I ordered again the same order, they didn’t give me the right order. They had added Caramel sauce in my banana Sunday, which I asked no caramel. I call up the store and told them you have got my order wrong and the guy on the phone that can’t even speak English or even understand what I was saying to him kept repeating the same thing over and over again which was “ but you order the same thing” I told him over and over again yes I order led the same order with no caramel, however you placed carnal in my banana Sunday. Again he repeats the same thing” you order the same thing” I told him let me me speak to the manager and rudely hangs up on me. I called the store again and no one is answering my calls.

So unprofessional, rude and they’re straws they serve absolute smells like feet. I would not order from them again.

This place is rude and a completely dirty.

Whatever you guys do don’t order any straws or napkins from them. The straws especially smell like someone’s smelly...

I ordered the Belgian waffles on uber eats - gluten free, I specifically placed in the notes that the waffles as well as the extra waffle need to be gluten free since I know they have gluten free waffles but do not have the option in the Uber eats menu, as I have coeliac disease. They gave me a gluten free in the Belgian waffle pack, but a normal wheat one in the extra waffle instead of the gluten free one that I ordered. After eating half of both waffles I realised that there was a size and taste difference and realised straight away. I contacted them and they said they didn’t give me a gluten free one in the extra waffle because it costs $3 more. Instead of calling me and telling me and I could’ve just ordered $3 more of extras to cover the cost they instead knowingly gave me a waffle I was allergic to because of $3. I now have 1-2 weeks of nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, migraines and won’t be able to work for days because of this. It’s absolutely atrocious that they would completely disregard my heath for $3. I will never be going back to...

Ordered 2 drinks (TBS and Peanut Butter CCS) which were rich and yummy. If you are waiting for dine-in, good luck, especially on a Friday night. Did not appreciate the service. The front guys in the denim jacket were only respectable to those who were dressed classy, not casual. Waited 30mins for names to be called only to find out that they had scratched our names off. When we said we hadn't heard our name the response was, "Well, we called and you didn't hear" sort of to say, BAD LUCK, TRY AGAIN NEXT TIME. No compensation, no apology even. The workers also were dazed and when they came to provide us with the drinks which were forced to take as take away, quickly said our number and almost vanished with them if I had not stopped him for our drinks. I have worked in customer service myself for 2 years. I know what it is and tonight really was not that.

Overall drinks, meh. Had better at Vogue Cafe. Service, nupp. Don't expect anything unless you dress to their standards (over the top...
