Parsley Bay cafe seems like a very unassuming venue. But absolutely everything will surpass your expectations.

Firstly the customer service is prompt and very friendly. I leave feeling uplifted. Absolutely amazing. I wish other hospitality staff across Sydney could learn from the warmth you give to your customers.

The coffee, something immensely important to me as someone in the industry, far surpassed my expectations and comes with a consistent quality over many visits and nails both milky and black coffee. Well done.

My final mention is the food, whilst the menu is simple, it’s all you want or need when you are relaxing on a beach, the quality is excellent, the wraps and burgers aren’t just slapped together and sloppy but well balanced, fresh and cooked with proper technique.

As someone with over 20 years of hospitality experience, I am humbled by this humble venue. I am very grateful you are my local beach cafe.

We had lunch here yesterday. The food was disgusting, overcooked and bland. We had lasagne which looked like slop on a plate with some wilted iceberg lettuce and overripe tomato. The worst thing though was the coffee which was served to my daughter - it had a fly in it! After taking her first sip and wondering what the lump was she spat out a fly which had been served in the coffee! I took it back to the counter, received absolutely no apology and the noticed the waitress was making another coffee. My daughter had no intention of drinking a coffee from this place and went in to say please don't make me another coffee to which the waitress responded "I'm already making it so you won't be getting a refund!" DISGUSTING FOOD, TERRIBLE SERVICE AND DREADFUL MANNERS OF STAFF. Pity the location is so sensational, hopefully the business will be taken over by someone who truly understands...
